Mercedes-Benz, a German automotive manufacturer, has recently unveiled a massive 56-inch infotainment display called “MBUX Hyperscreen” in its all-new EQS electric sedan.

MBUX Hyperscreen is a large, curved screen panel that extends the entire width from its left to the right A-pillar of the interior.

Besides, other than its size, the display is high-quality and has a detailed design that has an aesthetic appeal.

On Thursday, in a statement, the company said, “The display represents the emotional dimension of the “MBUX Hyperscreen.”

In ‘Hyperscreen,’ several displays blend seamlessly resulting in a screen band. Its analog air vents into a digital surface which is connected to both the digital and physical world.

AI and learn-capable software enable the control and its concept to adapt to its user. They can even have personalized suggestions for different functions from comfort to many vehicle functions.

Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer of Daimler Group, said “We merge technology with design in a fascinating way that offers the customer unprecedented ease of use. We love the simplicity we created with a new level of MBUX.”

The user doesn’t have to scroll or give voice commands through the menu and sub-menus with its new zero-layer feature. The most important applications are always available at the top of the driver’s field of vision in a situational and contextual way.

According to the carmaker, it alleviates the driver needing to make operations while driving.

Other than the driver, MBUX Hyperscreen has its benefits for the front passenger, who will have their separate display. Passenger display will allow individualized content for up to seven profiles.

“However, the entertainment functions of the passenger’s display are only available during the journey within the framework of the country-specific legal regulations,” the company said.

The OLED technology will provide a brilliant image with its use for the central and front passenger displays.
